Texture Desinger works on models based on the details provided by the client as well as Mlo Creator. Be as specific as possible about your needs.

Texture Desinger tests retextured models for compatibility and functionality but cannot guarantee success if the client-provided files have inherent issues or mismatches.

Refunds are not issued once the work has begun or completed, except in cases of clear non-compliance with the agreed scope.

Project timelines depend on complexity and workload. Estimated timeframes will be communicated in advance.

Post-delivery support is available for minor fixes or adjustments within the agreed-upon scope. Additional changes outside the original agreement may incur extra charges.
